Shipping policy
TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS PROPERLY DELIVERED IN A TIMLEY MANNER, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your personal information such as, address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviation and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your Order will be canceled, and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us at ROSEPETALSLA365@GMAIL.COM ASAP. if your order was placed on the weekend , please contact us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service, UPS, and/or FedEx. ROSE PETALS LLC does not hold responsible for packages that state delivered.
Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable! If you received a refund or you refuse any shipment from ROSE PETALS you will be responsible for the original shipment charges or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Just a friendly reminder that you will receive your order in 3-5 business days from the date it is shipped out, not from the date that it is placed if you’ve chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take 24 to 72 hours to process and fulfill the order to be picked up by the delivery carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx. Etc.). At this point your tracking information will be live and can be tracked by the carrier website. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive and email with tracking information, if your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All our international deliveries are handled by UPS or FedEX.
Order takes approximately 6-7 working days, however if your item is located at a different warehouse it can take up to 7-9 working days. Please note that International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
