Refund policy
Sometime the fit isn’t right, so here at ROSE PETALS LLC. We are happy to accept returns on any item, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns that is unworn or tampered and still fitted with all security tags and labels . This applies to any item received to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by ROSE PETALS LLC when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Our return instructions will be emailed to you when contacting us at ROSEPETALSLA365@GMAIL.COM ASAP. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 business days of receipt.
Please note that shipping fee are non-refundable. If your refuse any shipment from ROSE PETALS LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
When contacting us, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you. We offer two exchanges for every item.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded to your original payment method. In this case that the exchange is more, a new transaction will be required.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the items. Please note Sale items are refunded via Gift cards for use on our online store.
Card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
